Only 1 hour away from Sydney is the beautiful Bouddi National Park and its coastal walk spreading out across the whole peninsula. This walk is great for a slow stroll with the family down to the multitude of beaches that it holds, or a little lonesome jog as a breather from the hustle of life, or a mountain biking track to go on with a mate. Holding many view points and a different look with every time of day, these walks are great at dawn, when the sun is high, and when it is going down. The whole track is days worth of walking, but to do it in small sections, the more desirable option, takes only an hour or 2 for each beach. Brilliant place for picnicking or swimming, or to soak up the spring flannel flowers and sunrays.
