Everyone loves the beach. Go for a swim, lie on the sand and get a tan etc are all regular holiday activities for many people.
However I would love to tell you about a different kind of beach experience.
I like to wake up at about 5am, and head down to Trigg Beach. Just as the sun begins to rise, I lie on my stomach and watch the ocean waves lap against the shore. I think about my life and kind of meditate to myself.

Doing this once a week has improved my mental state so much it is incredible.
If you are a busy and stressed person, I cannot recommend any treatment to you that will work better than this.
