Sydney park is a great place for a work out whether it will be having a run around the park where there are flat routes and hill routes for the brave or work out apparatus for pull-ups, sit ups, dips. The best time to come would-be early mornings or evenings so you can see the amzing views from the hills from the sunrise or Sunset.
The park is also amazing for kids and the offers a few kiddie play areas, my favourite has to be the kids traffic road area, where kids can cycle on their bikes or electric cars and learn how to use a road.
If you traded kids for dogs then thats no problem the park is very dog friendly.
