Walking trails for all levels at a hidden gem in the suburbs.
Drive straight in from Haig St, Brassall. You will find plenty of parking and at your choice of location- close to the children's playground or picnic area.
Explore the landscaped parklands or venture down one of their sealed paths through natural natives.
Most trails lead to the lookout that has great views of Cunningham's Gap and The Great Diving Range. You can even see planes taking off from Amberley RAAF base if plane spotting is something you like.
Dogs are allowed on-leash throughout but I love letting mine enjoy a sneaky dip in the pond after a big trek.
BBQ, picnic, toilet and water bubbler facilities are all within the Reserve.
These treks are officially classed as 'moderate' in trail levels and are sign posted as taking 20-25 minutes to complete.
