Whenever I am hungry and on the, but want to keep it on the healthy side I always turn to my favorite smoothie spot, Jamba Juice. I love me some Jamba Juice because it keeps me full without feeling stuffed and gives me the energy I need to continue on through the day. I am a dance instructor and sometimes teach for 5 hours straight. Jamba Juice is the perfect smoothie or meal in a cup to keep me going. My absolute favorite smoothie that I always get is "Protein Berry Workout" with soy. I can add my own energy boost in there or not but either way this smoothie is delicious!!
