Le Bon Ton is an amazing food venue in Collingwood by day and late night food and drinks on the weekend owned by the same brothers that opened Chingon and Longhorn saloon. Super spacious, you can sit in the bar or one of the two dining rooms. Go for lunch, or get a late night feed until 5am over the weekend, where all the hospitality folk flock for after work drinks til the early morning. Expect things such as brisket, fresh oysters, Chilli cheese fries and wonderfully slow cooked meats- paired with champagne, wine, beer and an amazing absinthe list. There is also a lovely outdoor area, particularly great in summer for a beer and a snack. Get an absinthe drip to complete the experience, or ask the bar staff for one of their house cocktails.
