Tucked away in the suburbs of western Sydney this family run business makes the most amazing lebanese charcoal chicken, pickles and chips.

What makes this place different from all the other charcoal chicken is its famous garlic sauce.

I tell you this sauce is the bomb. It’s creamy, garlicky, silky and really tasty. It is so good that my mouth is watering right now just thinking about it. It is great on the chicken, on the chips, on the flat bread, seriously it is great on everything.

I highly recommend to get an extra tub just to take home, it is that good.

Even though is a fair hike from the CBD about 30 minute drive on the M4 or 25 minute train ride, for any foodie or food lover this place is a must try.
