This bay side suburb of Brisbane is so pretty that it deserves a mention. Spend the afternoon here walking your dog or enjoy a tasty meal at the Lighthouse restaurant before watching the sunset over the water. It's a great place to take photos or to just sit and relax or have a picnic. The 12m lighthouse was built in 1864, but unfortunately people aren't able to explore inside. Regardless, it's pretty to look at! This area is nearby a series of canals where people live and dock their boats. It's interesting to drive around those streets to scope it out. If you have kids, there's a really cool park in the middle of Cleveland point with green grass and a playground to entertain them whilst you sip on a glass of wine and enjoy the view.
