Wilson's Lookout is one of Brisbane's most hidden secrets. Forget Mt Cootha lookout, or perhaps South Bank trying to capture "Brisbane " in its entirety. This place is quaint and less buss bustling for visitors and locals alike. Just like any park, you can chill and have a picnic whilst mesmerising the buildings at any time of the day. Watch the city cats go by or perhaps watch the traffic on the bridge. This place encapsulates what Brisbane is and looks like. Story Bridge and the city buildings together. Sometimes, during a sunny day, you will see some od Australia's native animals swooping by and if you are lucky, be able to take a photo of the scene with the animal! But don't get your hopes up as being a local, I was only able to witness this once out of a many times I have visited this place. So go out there, and enjoy what Brisbane has to offer!
