Get your fitness on at Don Lucas Reserve opposite Wanda Beach. Everything you need for a good workout is here, there are fitness machines (non electrical) , bars and a lovely long running track around the area.

The best thing about working out here is the spectacular view of the beach and ocean not to mention the welcoming cool sea breeze, which is great for cooling down afterwards.

The best times to go here are in the morning or late afternoon as there is not that much shade and these are the best times to work out in general. If you do go around lunchtime there will families and swarms of kids having picnics or playing on the equipment so again best to go early.
