The latino-style refurb of a historic Surry Hills pub has left Sydney feeling like they've stepped into a Caribbean gangster movie.
The decor inside Harpoon Harry's is something to rave about. The bright, hand painted wall features, rich wooden accents and sweet latin beats transport you straight to Cuba.
It draws a great 'after-work' crowd on Friday nights - a jovial, happy-go-lucky crew celebrating the end of the week and ready to party down Latina-style!
Make your way up a windy set of stairs to find the upstairs rooftop/smoking area. It's generally not as packed as the downstairs bars.
Harry's also falls outside the lockout zone, so if you're looking for a place to kick on, I highly recommend dining, drinking and dancing into the wee hours of the morning at Harry's.
