Victor Churchill at Queen St Woollahra is more like a meat museum than a butcher. Cuts of meat are hung in antique wooden display cases for your viewing pleasure.

When you walk in the door you'll be personally greeted by a dressed up server who can cater to your culinary needs. It's fine to tell them you're just looking though as the place is as much a spectacle as it is a shop.

Should you have the cash required to buy anything, your selection will be carefully hand cut, hand wrapped and given to you in a carry-bag akin to those you find in a boutique fashion store.

It's an amazing place to have a walk through and gawk at how expensive some of the prime beef cuts can get!

If you're wandering around the area, definitely worth stopping in!
